License. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use ProTrader System. You may not share your login, license key, or bridge credentials with any other person. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
Acceptable Use. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and your broker's terms of service. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
Service Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for missed signals during downtime.
Termination. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription immediately if we detect abuse, unauthorised sharing, or violation of these terms.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Information We Collect. We collect your Telegram user ID and name (via Telegram Login), your MT5 account number (for license binding), and your trading configuration settings stored on our server.
How We Use It. Your information is used solely to provide the ProTrader System service — to authenticate your access, connect your Telegram account to your MT5 bridge, and deliver signals to your account.
Data Storage. Your data is stored on secured servers in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties.
Telegram Data. We receive limited profile data from Telegram (user ID, name) solely for authentication purposes. We do not access your Telegram messages beyond the signal channel you configure.
MT5 Credentials. We store your MT5 account number for license binding. We do not have access to your MT5 password or account funds. The MT5 bridge runs entirely on your own PC.
